These terms cover your use of this website and the newsletter, text messages and wine club communications Golden Road Vineyards sends. Using the site or signing up means you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
This site sells and promotes alcohol. You must be at least 21 years old to use it, to buy from us, to join the wine club or to receive our messages. By using the site you confirm that you are.
Online wine orders are processed and shipped by our licensed wine sales and shipping partner, whose checkout terms apply to the order. Wine ships only to states where the law allows it. Someone aged 21 or over must sign for every delivery, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses or carrier offices.
Prices, availability and vintages change without notice. If we cannot fill an order we will refund it in full.
Asking to join Wine Tasting Friends through the site is a request, not a purchase. We confirm membership by email. There is no membership fee; you pay only for the wine in each release, at the tier you chose. Pickup in the tasting room is free and shipping is at added cost.
You can change your tier, switch between pickup and shipping, or leave the club at any time by contacting us before the next release is charged.
Program. Golden Road Vineyards Texts is a recurring marketing text message program run by Golden Road Vineyards. Messages cover tasting room news, events and live music, new releases, wine club pickup reminders and occasional offers.
Opting in. You join by ticking the text message box on our newsletter or wine club sign-up form and giving us your mobile number. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Golden Road Vineyards at the number you provided.
Frequency. Message frequency varies. Most months you will hear from us a few times; busy seasons and event weeks may bring more.
Cost.Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard messaging rates are charged for every message you receive from us or send to us.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After that we will not send you further marketing texts unless you opt in again. You can also ask us to remove you using the contact details below.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, email info@goldenroadvineyards.com or call 336.827.0124.
Carriers. The program is available on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number. Your consent applies to the number you gave us. If you change numbers, tell us, or opt in again with the new one; consent does not follow you to a number you did not give us.
Privacy. How we handle your number and your consent is described in our Privacy Policy.
Event tickets and overnight stays are booked through the third-party services linked from those pages, under their own terms. Event dates and lineups can change; we post changes on the events page and on our social accounts.
The text, photographs, logos and design of this site belong to Golden Road Vineyards or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to it. Please do not copy or reuse the content for commercial purposes without asking us first.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Golden Road Vineyards is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from delayed or undelivered messages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute about them will be heard in the courts of North Carolina.
When we change these terms we update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site or to receive our messages after a change means you accept it.
