These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, services, and SMS communications provided by Golden Road Vineyards (“Golden Road,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 542 Golden Road, State Road, NC 28676. By visiting our website, signing up for our loyalty program, joining our wine club, or providing your phone number to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate program participation for any abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms
Rewards are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged
You must be 21+ to redeem alcohol-related rewards
Rewards expire if your account is inactive for an extended period (as determined by Golden Road)

4. Wine Club Membership
If you join our wine club, additional terms apply:
Membership is open only to individuals 21 years of age or older
You authorize recurring charges to your provided payment method according to your selected membership tier
Shipments are sent according to your tier and selected schedule
You must accept delivery from an adult 21+ at the shipping address (carrier signature required)
You are responsible for ensuring your address allows for legal wine shipments
Membership may be paused or canceled in accordance with our wine club policies
Pricing and tier benefits may change with advance notice

5. Wine Shipping
We ship wine to states where we are legally permitted to do so. By placing an order:
You confirm you are 21+ and ordering for personal consumption
You confirm the recipient is 21+ and able to accept delivery with signature
You are responsible for compliance with shipping laws in your state
We are not responsible for shipments refused due to absence of an adult signatory or local laws
A list of states we currently ship to is available on our website and may change over time.
